Bringing in Girls who Know the Game as Pivots

Hey guys got an idea. Some of the other forum s have wingwomen inside. Why dont we convert those girls who know about Game to be our pivots in this lair? Any views on this? Instead of getting them to go against us why not work together for mutual benefit.
I am suggesting this because I have been getting female firends to act as pivots but they really dont know what to do. SOmeone who has read the game would have some basic ideas.
